Description
Our cooperative currently has 384 members and has a housing stock of around 400 apartments and terraced houses in the garden city development “Am Schmalen Rain”, in the residential complex “Alte Colony” and in Waltershäuser Str. 60 / 60 a - in the south of our residential city of Gotha.
The basic cooperative idea is reflected in the statutory purpose of the GWG:
"The purpose of the cooperative is to support its members primarily through good, safe and socially responsible housing provision."
