Without political obedience or for profit, the association freely brings together people who live in Crespi d'Adda without only living there. What calls us to a common commitment is the common passion for history which, intertwining with culture, becomes beauty to be told to those who want to listen to it, enthralling even those who don't want to be fascinated by the ancient novelty of our village.

However far we go, this is where we learned to walk; every time we leave Crespi we count a nostalgia, leaving. We owe something to this dream place: the commitment to reawaken it to a new development, more touristic than economic but more sustainable than touristic, i.e. dosing the enthralling promotion of these places with the promoted involvement of its inhabitants.

We would love to breathe a new soul into the ancient city: make it a place for initiatives, where you can stroll as tourists or buy bread, with meeting spaces so that such a hospitable community can welcome visitors, also telling the story of the residents. We are working on all this, sentinels of the past present, to prevent « Crespi d'Adda from returning as a chrysalis in the same cocoon from which a butterfly emerged many years ago ».

We do it out of an impulse that leads us to share the knowledge and tradition of this patch of land with those who come here out of curiosity or by chance.

In a few months we have organized the website you are visiting but, if you prefer paper to ether, our Information Point distributes a book that we have published together with information material for tourists. If, on the other hand, you prefer voice to paper, we will invite you to follow one of our itineraries for free that we wind through Crespi. We have projects in the pipeline for everyone, which however need everyone's contribution to mature: starting right from you.

Since 1 April 2017 we have been official partners of the Municipality of Capriate San Gervasio, the managing body of the Unesco Site with which an agreement is active which ensures the opening to the public of the Crespi d'Adda Visitor Center in Corso Manzoni 18 and a guided tour service attentive and professional.
