AFWC

The Amsterdam Federation of Housing Associations has existed since 1917 and is the interest group of all member housing associations in Amsterdam.

Our main activities are:

• Stimulate and maintain networks on behalf of our members
  Function as a local and regional centre for knowledge about the housing market, gathering data on all 15 corporations in the North Wing of the Randstad conurbation
  Gather relevant knowledge on developments within and outside the sector and share it with our members
  Representing their interests to relevant stakeholders
  Providing shared services

Together, we want to contribute to good and affordable housing in Amsterdam. Low-income people are our primary target group. We work on affordable and good-quality social housing. Together with the municipality and social partners, we also work on quality of life in neighbourhoods and housing and care facilities.
